I never thought I'd be head over heals for a Rayman game, but that's exactly where I've found myself after having invested countless hours into this pseudo reboot. Rayman: Origins is a gorgeous, challenging 2D platformer that hits all the right notes, and has left this old school gamer feeling tremendously satisfied. If you grew up with a NES controller in hand, you owe it to yourself to play this game.

Tossed together a quick one-page site in response to this article by Smashing Magazine. Need a nice way to illustrate the shortcuts, so I whipped up these icons.

Comic Book Resources - iPad

Spent the past couple weeks working on a mobile version of Comic Book Resources. This shot was taken from iOS Simulator running iPad in landscape. Used the jQuery Masonry plugin to stack the widgets. Pictos Font for the options button and minus/plus in the options panel. Only images used through-out are the logos, arrow icons, and star icons - each has a 2x resolution version for retina display devices. Everything else is done with CSS.
